Delivery Time:
Within Kerala: 1–3 days
Outside Kerala: 3–7 days
Delays may occur due to courier or external factors
Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer

Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items
Request must be made within 72 hours of delivery
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval
