Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase/receipt is required

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged, defective, or wrong items received
  • The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
  • The product must be sent back within 72 hours after approval

Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:Contact us immediately with clear photos + opening video.We will review and resolve the issue promptly

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products
  • Customized or special orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the amount
