We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase/receipt is required
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged, defective, or wrong items received
- The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
- The product must be sent back within 72 hours after approval

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the amount
